"I’ve had intermittent testicular pain for multiple years and two ultrasounds that found a hydrocele. When meeting the urologist, it was almost an entire appointment of disregarding any of the results saying it was normal to have fluid in the sack, yet no explanation or effort into determining the origin of the pain. I even brought up an inguinal hernia-like pain that only occasionally appears, which was followed by condescension and a refusal to acknowledge any of my concerns. I’ve learned my lesson and obviously will find a different urologist in the future, but the tipping point of leaving a review of this practice was the fact I presented all of my insurance upfront which covered my appointment, yet was sent a bill multiple times untouched by insurance, before having to call and ask why they hadn’t even attempted to use my insurance. I was never given an answer, but my bill is gone so I assume it was properly done this time. However, I think my experience should serve as a good reference in case you find yourself astonished at the lack of professionalism."

"Dr. Terrell has been such a blessing . I suffer with kidneys stones and get quite often . When I need to be seen he always gets me in and he doesn’t often make me wait days . He is always so kind and so is his staff. I have seen a lot of Urologist in my past and Dr. Terrell is the best. He Genuinely cares about his patients, and getting them better .
