"So we took our dog to get her spayed and had a voucher well they found something else that needed to be removed so ok we did it but they gave my wife prices and did not mention the fees that they add on but that’s not the problem. The problem is I found we were over charged for things that the voucher should have covered . When I called to explain that she said it was non negotiable and I was no longer allowed to come there I think her name was Alyssa very unprofessional the way she handle my issues I would not recommend anyone to take they animal there unless you are looking to get ripped off I think they need an audit done to check for fraud in the manner they conduct business"
