"Total incompetency. Needed a part for my glasses, said they would order and give me a call that never came. Rescheduled my wife's appt. several times to different date/time with no notification. They rescheduled my own appt. to week later with no notice."

"Had my first non mall/big box brand eye care visit in over 25 years of wearing glasses. This is going to sound silly but NO PUFF OF AIR IN MY EYES! Both my daughter (7) and I saw Dr Adam’s today and it was hands down the best eye exam I’ve had. Amazing staff, amazing service and an awesome selection of frames. Will certainly be making this my annual visit from this point forward! Thank YOU GEC!"

"Would give negative stars of I could. Called on June 23rd to schedule an appointment, was told nothing was available and to call back 3 months later. Did so Sept 30th and no one picked up. Decided to call October 3rd and was told that they actually schedule 3 months out there isn't anything open until January. The woman on the phone sounded very annoyed when I explained what I was told months ago and then transferred me to an an 'eye technician' except the line was dead. Now I have no appointment and have no idea when I can actually talk to a doctor since getting them to answer the phone or not be left on hold for 20 minutes when they do answer is 50/50."

"Dr. Adams is amazing. She did such a good job with my daughters (one of which is a pill with any sort of dr) and discussed everything with me in detail. She is excellent! The staff is so nice and worked directly with my daughter to find a pair of glasses she loved. I felt very comfortable working with everyone there, they even helped me find a great kids dentist for my "I hate all dr. Kid""
