"Great customer service Tiffany @ the front desk!! Very patient, and understanding to my schedule never one time rushed me off the phone, and went the xtra mile to write my doctor and ask could she work me in, on my only day off, for the rest of the year! I’m very thankful for her!"
"Came in due severe ear pain. Already inflamed to the point where it is swollen shut. Got an emergency appointment with Cohoe. She looked in my ear proclaimed it was infected. Was given drops even though ear was swollen shut. Called the next day to ask for an oral antibiotic. Explained who saw me and what my situation was with the front desk. Was told I would get a call back about if they would prescribe that. Hours go by. Call back. Told if I hadn’t received a call it meant they hadn’t decided but the front desk then checked and saw an order was placed just nobody decided to call me. They prescribed not an antibiotic but a steroid. We’re on day 3 now of my ear infection and I still haven’t been able to take an antibiotic. I pushed back on my Norton chart and was then told that because my main provider didn’t see me should couldn’t write me a prescription for an oral antibiotic but she was I guess comfortable enough to write one for a steroid. So three days in with an infection that is causing my ear to be completely swollen, my face swollen, cannot sleep. It’s bad. The office then decided to call at the end of the day to alert me about the steroid being placed that I’ve already been pushing back on since 10/11 am. Was told if things get worse go to urgent care. So frustrating. Go spend more money at our urgent care because my PCP was comfortable writing a steroid over an antibiotic because she didn’t see me. All the while her partner that works in the same office did see. Will be dropping this practice for further visits. Risking my hearing and wasting my time."
"I saw Laura C. She was a fantastic APRN. I am glad that she was accepting new patients. She listened to everything that I had to say and was very quick to set up lab and specialist appointments."
"Dr Cahoe and her staff were very friendly. The moment I walked in the office I was treated with kindness. Very much appreciate it and recommend Dr. Cahoe, she was very personable and seemed to care for my health. 5 stars ⭐️"
"My Husband and I love this office! Everyone is so nice and the office is clean. Our last PCP was a clinic that had no air conditioning and we had to literally wait HOURS to be seen. This place is a game changer!"
