"My little precious Maltese was so sick She is 16 years old and is the love of mine and my wife's life. We have no idea what we done before Molly came into our lives, but she had a enlarged heart, fluid built up on her so bad that she couldn't walk around the house without falling over from the lack of oxygen. So we called and they said bring her in on Friday, well I and Molly couldn't wait until Friday. They said bring her on in. They gave her some medicine and took blood and X-rays of her."
"I take all three of my dogs here. Love, love, love the vets and staff. Prices are excellent and they really care about your pets. Would have given them 5 stars but there is ALWAYS an extended wait time."
"Outstanding Veterinary Care! I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by Carroll County Animal Clinic when my dog needed immediate attention. My dog had suffered a painful laceration, and the team at Carroll County Animal Clinic went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with professionalism and the staff made sure my dog felt comfortable. They promptly assessed the injury and explained the entire procedure in a clear and reassuring manner. The stitches on my dog's wound were done with precision and care, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about my pet's well-being. The aftercare instructions were detailed, and the staff made sure I was well-informed on how to best help my dog recover. I highly recommend Carroll County Animal Clinic to any pet owner seeking top-notch veterinary care. Their professionalism, compassion, and expertise are truly commendable, and they have made a challenging situation much easier to bear. I am so grateful for the outstanding service they provided and the peace of mind they gave me during a stressful time. Thank you, Carroll County Animal Clinic, for your exceptional care and support. You are truly the best! Sincerely, Carl Harder"
"This place has changed for the worst. I took my oldest dog here three weeks ago for her last ride. While I didn't have an apt for her, when I called, they told me to bring her on in, and they would get her right in. We waited an hour before they got her "right in." The last hour of her life was spent in the back of my vehicle in the hot sun. She couldn't walk, and I wasn't able to pick her up to take her in to be put down. Today, my husband and I took the day off of work so we could take our 100 lb. dog in to be seen for a possible inner ear infection. He's unable to stand up due to balance issues. His appointment was at 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:10 and went in to tell them we were there. My husband stayed outside with my dog since he's so big, nervously barking, and the waiting room was tiny. After waiting 45 minutes, I went in to make sure they hadn't forgotten about him. I was told they were running a little behind. After an hour and 15 minutes, we went inside. It was hot outside, especially for a stressed-out black dog. She told us they were running a few minutes behind still. Multiple people and their animals came and went after us. Finally, after an hour and 52 minutes (way more than a few), we left without him being seen as we were still waiting. The girls up front told us they scheduled surgeries from 8-10 and see patients after that. To make an already sick dog wait in an unfamiliar place for almost two hours is totally unacceptable by any business standard, and it really speaks to how much they care about animals. Especially the brown haired girl on the right who kept laughing at my husband. It's obvious that they don't care, but I'll never be back."
"All I have left of my healthy 7 month old kitten after being neutered is his ashes, I took both my cats to get neutered, they can’t give me any facts or tell me any changes they made! I took my cats to get neutered, called an hr later they told me both of them were great! Picked them up got handed my cats telling me they were fine I immediately opened and one of them was dead, had been for hours they didn’t even know they had left him beside his brother dead for hours! And my other 20 ibs car had clearly been overdosed with anesthesia! Do your research you will find lots of pets that were never even weighed before given anesthesia at this vet! Anesthesia is a weight based drug! They are over booked and over scheduled! If you love your animals keep away"
