"Scheduled for a cleaning for my husband online as a New Patient, day of appointment was told they could not do a cleaning because the appointment was made for a comprehensive exam which is the code used for a new patient exam and also because they did not have X-rays from previous dentist and that without x-rays they could not do a cleaning. They also stated they didn’t know the appointment was made for a cleaning although it was stated in the new patient packet, when I questioned about this they said that the new patient packet was “just scanned in today”. They knew he was a new patient a week ago when they called to ask for social to verify insurance and didn’t mentioned anything about needing anything else. I even told them to call if anything else was needed. They even said they needed the X-rays to see what kind of cleaning he needs, regular o deep cleaning and as far as I know the exam is the one that tells you that, when you check the gums. BAs need to pay a little bit of more attention to what they are doing, they transferred me to the back and the poor girl had nothing to do with the front desk mistakes. ALWAYS CHECK THE NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK, it clearly stated there the reason for the appointment. Every web made appointment will always be made as a COMP EXAM! NOT HAPPY!!!"

"Both my children went here from 2010-2021 and both complained of tooth pain after procedures. My teenage son in particular had the most problems. Especially from work done between 2018-2021. When I took him to another dentist they told me that he had multiple fillings come out and extensive botched dental work that resulted in thousands of dollars of repairs and 2 tooth extractions! I'm extremely displeased with the shody work of this dentistry and I would not recommend them to anyone. They have caused my children nothing but pain and I deeply regret taking them here!"

"I am never going to another dentist! Dr. Dani did an awesome job pulling my wisdom teeth, it was quick and completely painless! She is very gentle and stopped several times to make sure I was okay. Her assistants, Lauren and Amber, made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood all of my post operative instructions."
