"Juilia is great NP, but she is only as good as the staff she hires. Good luck if you upset the receptionist. Their receptionist is unprofessional and has a inflated ego. She slammed the glass and knocked it out of the frame when I asked for a detailed bill. All over from missing an appointment because they were over booked and try to schedule you for a day when they are closed. Either way, they still find a way to charge you, then she will block you from getting a appointment and do whatever she can so you can't get your medication."

"I was referred to Julia Pennington by my neuro counselor in hopes of finding the correct antidepressant for me. Due to the DNA swab that was preformed, I didn't suffer through months of trying different meds in hopes of finding the correct one. She not only listens with a caring heart, she suggests strategies to conquer my depression & anxiety. She is knowledgeable in Psych. meds and the many meds I take for a neurological disease. I firmly believe that if I hadn't made that 1st appt. I would not be here to write this review. I've NEVER had a problem with scheduling or billing, as others have stated. "Negative Disconnections -Appointment scheduled month in advance or more, they cancel a day out. I expressed it was pressing and asked they to call if someone cancelled, they didn't make an effort. When I called to complain and tell them my impact, they seemed disinterested."
