"I saw the retina surgeon recently. Thank goodness she is a surgeon because her bedside manner was garbage. She has absolutely zero compassion. I will NEVER go to or recommend a Bennett and Bloom office based on my last two visits with this provider. The first visit with the provider was not pleasant but I chalked it up to a bad day but this visit takes the cake. I left the appointment in tears even though I received good news. The front desk girls were very pleasant and some of the techs were pleasant but it doesn’t make up for the lack of bedside manner from the provider! Never again!!"

They made me feel more at ease about it. Overall it was a great experience...all the staff were professional yet friendly and I very much appreciate that! "I have had a really great experience with the exception of two staff who who were really rude. The policy of having someone comeback with you should be enforced at all locations.
