"Extremely horrible every-time two certain staff members are working. Always saying something is wrong. Always issues with bills when the kids had passport. Always turning away service. Slamming doors and not sending medication for uti or strep infections. Horrible patient care."

Made an appointment for 3:30… was told that my sons insurance was put into their systems under me and that i had to call my insurance to be seen…called the insurance and he was active . Long story short i was called rude, told By the receptionist that she was going to “refuse my son treatment if i didn't change my attitude” and humiliated only to find out that the clinic no longer took my sons insurance. An error completely on their part 45 minutes and my son never received treatment! I was one of two mothers who left without treatment due to an error on this receptionist today! Pitiful excuse of patient care"

"I made an appointment for 12:30 for a simple TB test. Wasn’t seen until 1:20ish. The receptionist was very blah and left the desk for a while. No updates or anything! I’m only giving two stars because the doctor/nurse practitioner was very nice."
