"If I didn't have to put a star here I would not Triad Health is the worst place ever they dont listen to you (the patient) they don't give you the right medication or amount you are supposed to be on I moved to Kentucky thinking finally a better medical facility would finally be in my area hah what a joke! And then turn around and bill not only mine but my sons as well. After I've already paid theirs. Poor service altogether Gave them another shot this year my son needed tested (covid) for surgery this week and they were very rude especially Natasha they were given number to fax results to hospital said they was they never did so I went to the office she gave me a return to work/school excuse with remark section saying negative that does not work. They really need people that want to do their jobs"
"Had been going there for along time. But I decided it's time to find another doctor. So I have. I got tired of feeling like I wasn't as good enough as the healthcare giver. And had to always call and call them to get any results. Sometime weeks would go by and still no one had called me from the office. So I had to try and get my results from any test. Should of left along time ago. This is the office in Warsaw. Ky."
"So far Triad has got to be the WORST health care I have ever dealt with, they took ownership of Healthpoint in Owenton at the last minute, did not alert any of healthpoints clients, drove an hour to get my prescription to find out they got rid of all of them and shipped them another 40 miles away, drove to get that. Now, it is 10:41am on a Friday and I am trying to call and getting a general message saying they are closed and that there business hours are Mon-Fri 8-5, why is running a proper business so difficult these days for everyone?!"
