"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The lines are ridiculous and so are the phone call wait times when the stupid auto messages don’t want to work. The first time I had a prescription sent it in the morning, called around 12 with the auto system, said it was being worked on. Called at 2, spoke to the pharmacist and was told it would be ready around 5. 6:30 comes around, no notification so I call again. “Oh we seemed to drop the ball on that.” Then continued to have an attitude when I asked when it would be ready. Then I get there to pick it up and there’s one person working the counter. My daughter had to use the restroom and absolutely not. That has to be the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen. The toilet was extremely dirty, trash on the ground and all around unhygienic. I wouldn’t let my dog use that restroom. Today I have a prescription sent in, get a text in the morning it’s being filled. Call at 6 pm, again haven’t heard anything. They don’t carry the medication. That would’ve been good to know this morning when my doctors office was open. Now my daughter gets to be in pain for another day."

"This place is probably one of the slowest operated cvs pharmacy I have been to. They have roughly 5 to 6 people working but only have one person working the front desk during prime time hours. Also at this location if there is a storm that causes the lights to flicker their system automatically goes down to where they can't help anyone. I just feel like it could be managed more efficiently then what it is. Seems like there is a lack of urgency or assistance at this location."

"1 star is being generous. I arrived at the drive thru lane about 12 minutes before closing. There was a vehicle at the window. They were talking to the pharmacist at the window. The vehicle stayed there till exactly 9pm. Drove away, and I immediately pulled in. I was seen by a pharmacists at the window. I was not acknowledged. I pushed the help button which was now stating they were closed. I called the phone number, which was now stating they were closed. It was 9:04pm. I drove around to go inside. You can see pharmacist walking out snickering. I was there with more than 10 minutes before closing and they did not help me out. I had to leave without picking up my sons prescription."

"Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service from this pharmacy. The employee that picked up the phone was dismissive and interrupted me before I could explain the background and reason for my call. Repeatedly requesting a DOB and over talking me. When I shouted back she disconnected the call. She had a nasty attitude from the moment she answered the call and when I matched her tone she hung up on me. I was chasing down medication for my son that had been transferred and supposedly ordered from another CVS two days prior. Poor work, poor customer service and bad attitudes!"

"Absolutely discussed with the cleanliness of this place. The pharmacy HVAC intake is caked with mold and dust. I've been in 3 times over the past few months, and I'm pretty sure that the carpets in the pharmacy area haven't been cleaned in weeks."
