"Bought a mellow fellow HHC purple punch disposable that died on me the following day. I went back and the employee had to call the owner and I could only switch out for the exact vape with a warning of them only doing this for me one time. Same thing happened. It charges, but no pull. Frustrated, I went to the Mellow Fellow website to seek customer service-only to find they don’t even produce the line of disposables being sold at this shop. Not only that, I couldn’t find it anywhere online and three other smoke shops I went to don’t sell them either. So I went back to the smoke shop..and explain everything. She even looked on the official website to confirm. Employee had to call owner again. Instead of giving me a refund he only offered store credit. How can I trust any products being sold here? So I asked the employee if she vapes and she said yes, I asked her what she personally smokes but they didn’t have any in stock. I had to pay a difference in vape prices. Employee was nice. Horrible policy and business ethics. I will never come back."

"One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a smoke shop. The employees in the evening were either hard of hearing or higher than a kite. The store looked sticky and not clean on all of the glass surfaces and even at the front where you cash out. The female employee was snacking and brought her snacks with her while she was making a sale. There is no professionalism even with the greeting. Cut me off and immediately asked for what I wanted. I did not feel welcomed and left with a disappointing recommendation in a disposable vape."
