Managers are corporate dogs who do whatever they're told regardless of how it hurts other people. Racetrac doesn't and has never followed its own core values."

"I used to go here for a quick cappuccino with mini marshmallows (they're my favorite). That would always result in me buying at least a breakfast item and usually gasoline as well. However, corporate apparently has decided we don't need mini marshmallows which was the only reason I specifically stopped there. It's funny that something so small would be the reason another store now gets my business."
