Dollar Tree

"Went in there on Saturday purchased some items and wanted $50 cash back. My total was $78.83 the lady at the register said my card was denied so we tried it a couple more times still denied. Finally I purchased just the items and didn’t get the cash back it went through. I pulled up my bank app while I’m standing there and it shows that the first total $78.83 did go through on my bank. The lady at the register argued with me and said it didn’t go through because the receipt didn’t print like that makes any sense so I asked for manager she was very nice and takes me into the office to look at her computer of course she doesn’t see it. Manager then proceeds to call her boss and he tells her to tell me to wait until Monday. Also the whole time I’m in the office the cashier is still running her mouth saying my card was denied and didn’t go through to the other customers like I couldn’t hear her. I was very annoyed I got that money out there because I needed it. It’s Thursday the total was posted to my bank on Saturday night so it definitely went through and NO ONE has given me my money back or even has called me. I have tried reaching out several times it’s a damn hassle. Just credit the money back to my bank. No one from this store cares that they stole my money. I want my money back. Went to bank disputed the charge and now I’m going to have to wait forever on my money. Thank you Dollar Tree and to the rude cashier….Guess what…the first total did go through. Avoid this location if you don’t want your money stolen from your bank account."

"The sales associate, Dessy provided top notch customer service. I am new to the area and she was so polite and welcoming that I felt more at home here than at any previous store in Georgia. This will definitely be my choice of locations and store choice for quick and close shopping going forward! The store was very organized and well stocked too!"

"I had to get paper towel and I live at the condos near by from the dealership I got to this store at 8:53 pm and it was full on closed I went to priceless and they were still open helping customers and letting them in.. could someone explain?"

"Good dollar tree overall, but like many other businesses they are short staffed so their hrs of business have been inconsistent. Yesterday 12/8, sign on the door saying they were closing at 4:30pm that day. Now, I dont know their staffing issues well enough, but as a customer (and I think this will encompass more people than not) I go to the dollar tree after work (I get out at 5), but if the store closes at 4:30 I cant get in there. If you are going to have a shorter day it makes more sense to open at 12pm and stay open til 8pm (When more people can get there) than 9am to 4:30pm. Does more disservice to more customers."
