"Had been a loyal customer buying all my tobacco products for my wife and I here. Knew all the employees and always had an enjoyable experience . I had one defective product and the employee replaced it no problem (he no longer works there). A few months went by and it seems the management is working up front and it’s going down hill as he seems greedy. Always asking for me to get more or bring in more customers for him. He sold me a broken product again and I assumed it could be replaced again but was informed that he would not. Fool me once shame on you. Won’t be coming back. Check your products before you leave. This guy will steal your money."
