"The unprofessional, rude, and condescending attitude from the employees at this location is astounding. Closing during business hours with no warning, not correctly counting meds, not filling prescriptions in a timely manner, not answering the phone, hanging up when they do answer the phone, and general incompetence in running a business is even more shocking. I would not be surprised if someone ends up ill or dead due to these fools. A complaint has been filed with the board of pharmacy."

"The pharmacy is just awful. It’s all about the people you employ Walgreens! Either a huge line , 15+ people waiting, or , like the other day, no one waiting (yeah), I stand at the counter whilst the 4 ladies behind the counter continue their chit chat, 2 of them could see me waiting, but they just continued with their casual talk… I just had to wait until they finished, then they attended to me… so sad, they just don’t care. Very poor customer service !!"

"This is a horribly run pharmacy! They are rude at best - and brand damaging to the Walgreens Corporate image as you can see from these ratings. I have seen this location deteriorate over the last few years. Walgreens - take notice and fix this debacle! This community deserves better. Take your business elsewhere! In the meantime, I've filed complaints with Walgreens corporate and the KY Board of Pharmacy."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is always understaffed, never has prescriptions filled on time, and the pharmacists are too busy giving vaccines or closing the entire pharmacy for lunch breaks than having interest in helping customers. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to get your medication here."

"I was picking up my girlfriend's Rx yesterday and I thought it was strange when I was being charged nearly $50 for a medication that is usually free. That prompted me to ask if this was a 3-month supply to which the pharmacist told me "yes, it is". I paid for it because I'm not familiar with my girlfriend's insurance. As it turns out, the pharmacy staff gave me a medication my girlfriend had previously returned and told the staff she didn't want filled. Here I am the next day being told they will not refund me for the pharmacy's mistake nor will they accept the unopened, unused, and still sealed bagged medication. I can understand not accepting the medication back but they should still refund me for their mistake. I switched from Kroger's pharmacy to Walgreen's because they were sooo bad but Walgreens is just more of the same mediocrity. Looking for yet another pharmacy hopefully with integrity and competence. Wish me luck."
