"While I like most of the doctors at this hospital there are some serious access ability issues. The Dr office end is the best to wheelchair into but it is steep.. too steep to be ADA compliant. The curb cut is only in one spot and not where you would expect. The sidewalk itself is made out of very irregular bricks making it bumpy and difficult to push uphill. Yes it has a driveway door entrance but if you drive yourself then you will have issues. I guess they figure everyone that uses mobility aides will be dropped off at the door with no thought of the ones that drive."

"The Doctor that I was assigned to presented no interest in covering your health care with you. She did give me 7 minutes of her time then went to check to see if her assistant could check into a few things and never came back. We then was excused by her assistant. I would of appreciated some guidance and advice on where to proceed with my heart health."

"Since we started seeing the providers at this office they all have been very professional and friendly except for 1 cardiologist that was very rude and arrogant. He made me wait for 5 hours in an exam room waiting to find out what my test results were even though his nurse told him multiple times that I was the next patient. My husband had to leave to go to work and my daughter had to come get me. Then he spent less than 3 minutes with me and walked out of the room. I spoke to the office Manager and FIRED him! My new doctor is so much more processional and a caring person."
