"Went here for an assessment and honestly, you're better off someplace else. Waiting took hours and the lady who did my assessment kept cutting me off and was super disrespectful. Completely disregarded anything I had to say even when I specifically told them what I was going through."
"Don’t waste your time. They do not care. If my sister kill’s herself it will be their fault!! What are the uninsured suppose to do!"
"What A Joke! If you don't have insurance just stay home and die. I've been on an endless rat race with a daughter in crisis and can't get any help we lp!"
"Will NEVER come here again. Brought my granddaughter this morning at 11:00am. They take everything away from you, your purse, coffee anything you have. Oh they let me take my wallet but no machines to get a drink nothing. It is now 4:30 and still sitting here waiting. You can’t leave go outside, you are in prison. What a joke!! Will never try this again, I don’t care what kind of treatment my granddaughter gets it’s already way over the top for me."
"This place is neglectful, abusive, and unclean while being unprofessional and unorganized with their patients. The was a patient who was yelled at for not showering everyday, denied help when blacking out, uncooked and dirty meals, drags patients who are young to the adult side, and mixes patients up if they look alike or have the same name and this patient I mentioned was almost poked with needles by a doctor for sharing a name and was also mixed with them with the bad things the other patient did and almost sent to Tennessee all for sharing the same name. They even tried forcing to break calls during call hour due to this patient sharing to their family how unclean and neglectful this place is. Don't even get my started on the rooms or how they make patients sleep on the floor if they don't feel well or force them back to whatever they were doing."
