"We've had several experiences here with my kiddos including ultrasounds and lab work, but today was our first experience with the ER. I was SO impressed with Dr Graff and how well she took care of our little girl. She was very thorough and even called and spoke with our primary care provider personally for follow up and to discuss her medical problem. Her bedside manner was great. Our nurses Terra, Sandra, and Shelly took such good care of my girl bringing her toys, bluey stickers, and slushees to help distract her with procedures. Thankful for their care and kindness taking care of my baby."

"This place used a catheter on my 10 month old daughter when they had the option to use a bag . Now, when I change her, she is traumatized. They did a terrible job at doing this, having got no urine out and sticking the same catheter in twice while saying this has to be her urethra. They dismissed the rash she had, and the virus they wanted to say she had was wrong. So, leaving our paperwork only said fever . They used a student though gave us no warning. They wanted to blame covid, though we expressed she had a test a week prior. Rather than doing the test, the supervisoring doctor mentioned that test for 20 viruses. They then claim she had rosela but a quick google we got the supervisoring doctor to aggree it was not that. Instead of continuing care she said in a perfect world symptoms would line up and sent us home. The rashes do not look similar. It took hours for them to give us results from the little they did do. It was like we were an inconvenience to them . Upon arriving, me , my pregnant wife, and baby had to walk across the street in the dark because of pressure washing the parking garage that they decided they needed to close off four floors at once . The homeless in this area Is so bad we had to walk in the road to get around them. While security sits on their phones . So basically, we received no real care and yet will receive a very real bill. I'm more than disappointed in the staff and the facility suck to . The rooms are small and have a mosquitoe issue."

"This used to be the only hospital I would take my children to. Yesterday, while here a huddle of nurses stood outside our room for a good 10/15 mins and done nothing but talked bad about another parent on the floor AND their child. They did not mind to be EXTREMELY LOUD, obnoxious and didn’t seem to care who heard them talking so badly about a CHILD and his family they were taking care of. It was the most unpleasant, unprofessional hospital setting we have ever been in. I requested the supervisor and of course, no one ever showed up. I finally had to ask the nurse to keep our door shut as we didn’t need to hear them all cutting up and making fun of a child. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and we I’ll definitely be reporting them. Let’s not even talk about the lovely lady that was attending to my child. It was probably one of the rudest nurses we have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible experience."

"I love this doctor office they have never not been helpful for me and my son. They have always answered my questions, never made me feel rushed, our doctor is Laura mills and she’s absolutely wonderful i couldn’t thank her enough for all she does! She always makes me feel better and makes me feel good about what I’m doing as a mom and she is excellent with my son as is the whole staff! I love It here. If you’re looking for a ped for your children this is the place to go."

"Doctors are super nice, staff not so much. The lady doing EKG here is incredibly rude and hateful I’ve never been to a doctors office who was so unprofessional in my life. This is a nice place, they just need to give their employees a class on how to treat people who already are going through enough even having to be at a children’s hospital in the first place. There are ways to disagree with someone without being so rude about it. This lady needs help with learning how to talk to people without thinking she’s in charge of everyone. Rude, rude, rude"
