"I rate hotels and motels based on value for price paid so keep that in mind. Two properties can be nearly identical, but if one is $60 a night and the other is $150 a night, they may get very different reviews from me. That said, this is a decent property for the price. Clean, quiet and updated. Room is spacious, and no carpet is always a plus. Climate control is newer and works well. Mini fridge is, well, mini, but has a little freezer section and on max setting, it maintained 36° in the main section. There's a small microwave, and a small (42"?) wall mounted TV. Full remote which allows you to change the inputs. Good wifi. Bed is very comfortable, and although there isn't much furniture, it is new and in good shape. No soft seating, just a single school-style chair. No coffee maker, iron or hairdryer. The only toiletries included are tiny bars of soap. No shampoo or lotion. Plenty of power outlets near the bed. Walls are freshly painted with no damage, and the ceiling likewise. Water is warm enough to shower, but not scalding like most other hotels. Nice sink area with new sink and faucet, but tub/shower are older. There is a laundry / vending area with a single washer and dryer, and a soda machine. There's a travel center 100 yards away. Housekeeping is friendly and unobtrusive. No insects, or even signs of insects, and I looked pretty thoroughly. Some people have skin reactions to overbleached sheets and start screaming about bedbugs. It's silly. I stay in a lot of budget motels, and this one is as good as any at the price if you don't need a coffee maker, iron, or hair dryer."
"The room was absolutely disgusting. The walls, bedding and bathroom looks to never have been cleaned. Would never recommend this motel to anyone!!"
"I am an incomplete Quadraplegic traveling with a friend who can assit me when needed. I am in a wheelcahiar. Frist problem when we arrived was the step into the office, no way I could get in so I'm glad I had someone along. When I booked the room there was a button for an ADA companion room, here is what it states: Guests with disabilities who need an accessible room with two beds can reserve a "companion" room free of charge, if available. The companion room most likely will not be an accessible room type. To reserve a companion room, guests must make a request when reserving their accessible room. Separate confirmations will be issued for the accessible room and the companion room. To change or cancel the reservation, both reservations must be modified separately. A credit card number will be required to hold the companion room but no room rate charge or cancellation fees should be assessed for the companion room. I did what was required but was charged for both rooms so the companion room was not free of charge. My room was sparse a king bed that was too high for an accessible room but I managed. A broken chair, good thing I didn't need it. I guess I've coome to expect rooms to have kleenex and a hair dryer but neither romm had either. Bedspreads in both rooms looked like moths had been working on them, pillows were very flat, had to stack them. Bed was comfortable. The deadbolt on my room door did not work. This is an older place that needs some corporate help to update. It was clean. If you are a disabled person using a wheelchair I would not recommend staying here. If you are not disabled this is probably an economical place to stay, but bring your own Kleenex and hair dryer and maybe a good pillow."
"By the interstate & a Ace truck stop. Did not feel very safe at this motel due to the large parking lot for big trucks & travelers, & it was noisy ,not recommended for light sleepers. Plus, it is a very old motel building. And had issues with the locks /dead bolt ,large gap in door frame could see out when door was closed. The floor was dirty & I had to sweep & mop it myself when we got there. Big room but the smallest refrigerator (micro fridge) I've ever seen in a motel & was not very cold. I'm glad we had a cooler for our food & drinks. Smoking allowed & pets are allowed. There is no carpet in the rooms. They have an ice machine & 1 washer $2.00 & 1 dryer was $2.00,can sodas $1.00 & few snacks in snack machine. Coffee in the morning was good. No actual breakfast of any sort ,even though they advertise it on sign Was going to rent longer after we checked out, but the guy refused to let us rent a room again cause we were gonna use Priceline to book for a better deal & said it would cost almost $600 for a week. We did all our own cleaning & took out our own garbage. When we left, we left the room cleaner than when we checked in. But the man on duty had the gall to say we left it dirty. Also they employees acted like they did not want to be there. Since they don't offer a selection for extended stay while we looked for a more permanent home to rent since we just moved to the area. How I would describe it : An old worn-out dive. It's not like any other motel 6 I ever stayed in."
"I was walking outside to go to the gas station at 9:30, and I ran into the cleaning guy who asked me if I was checking out. I clearly said no, no yet. As soon as I left, he proceeded to walk in to my mom who was changing her clothes and nearly let 2 dogs out right next to the highway who wanted to run out. Clearly this guy had horrible English, but at least learn some common decency and check with the front desk if we actually checked out rather than strolling in 2 and a half hours early. The motel sucks but it would have been up to expectations for the price if not for this scumbag."
