"We enjoyed a nice stay here this past weekend. The service at the reception desk was excellent. The room was nicely remodeled but with a little age showing. The breakfast was unimpressive (though the service was excellent). The bread products we sampled were actually quite poor. We went next door to Cracker Barrell the second morning."

"Great hotel near the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Great staff! Especially Kim (I think I have her correct name) at the front desk. She was super helpful when I had left at item behind. I was already at the airport but was able to make a quick round trip there. Will definitely return whenever I travel to Louisville. Thank you!!"

"The location would be a 5 if you were going to the Derby or a U of L football game, & because our conference was in the hotel, it was a great location for us. The people here were great; attentive and sweet. The rooms were very nice, but I wish our bathroom had had a walk-in shower instead of a tub. Also our commode kept running & we had to have the handyman up twice to fix it. In retrospect we should have asked to change rooms because it was a constant source of annoyance because we always had to flush a certain way, & even then it was not a certainty that it would work. The people who work here are the nicest people & with the exception of a young girl named Lily, who really couldn't be bothered to help around 11 at night, everyone was fantastic"
