"I really disappointed I reserved a room 3 weeks a ago for a room with 2 doors and got a regular room just with a door . So the all the room was taking so I had wait until the manager came in the morning . She was rude basically telling me that the room that was Ok for me like I had to accept that they gave me the wrong room . They see in the system that I order a room with 2 doors . I will never come back to this hotel again because the manager acting like nothing was wrong"

"We came to Louisville from Cincinnati to spend time with in-laws chose this hotel, because of its pool. Upon arrival, there’s a sign from the department of health condemning the pool, saying it wasn’t safe, guessing the green water was an issue, none of the ice machines on the floors worked,went down to the front desk to inquire about ice and they told me to go to the bar, I went to the bar and the gentleman that was working there said someone would be back in 10 or 15 minutes. Beds where comfortable, the hide a bed had no linens, mattress was thin and had what appeared to be a blood stain on it, we quickly folded it and went to Walmart and bought an air mattress! Looked at the breakfast bar they offered at $10/person and as a former chef I would NEVER Allow that quality of food in my kitchen or out of my kitchen, really only positive I could share is we were on the flight path for SDF so could sit on the bed and watch the planes fly by.. definitely WILL NOT BE BACK"

"The hotel at Louisville was very good value. Rooms and their services were great. There was a nice pool for relaxation. There was a complimentary breakfast and that was very good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this."

"Pass on this one. We found bugs in the room, 2 bulbs out, and one of the conditioners built into the shower just constantly leaked on everything. The door doesn't close entirely on its own, tricking you into thinking it can as it swings closed like most but sticks on the latch being a huge safety risk for kids. You can hear people in the rooms nearby opening doors and talking. There is no privacy. You can also hear anyone in or standing in front of the elevators from any floor if you're in front of or in the elevators. I could hear conversations 4 floors away through the elevator. Both elevators also had open ceiling tiles where you could see cabling. The last problem we had was finding out they offered a breakfast for $10 per person and it was just terrible. The food wasn't good and the options weren't there at all. The food they offered is the food most hotels offer for free. If it's literally your only option, it'll do but we won't ever be returning here."
