Starbucks

"I used to come here and get excellent service and perfect coffee. The past 3-4 times I’ve ordered my drink has been incorrect. I order both online, or the drive through and both ways I have received incorrect drinks. The service has gone down significantly in my recent visits. If I ask them to fix my order the baristas seem very annoyed. I used to love getting a treat from here now I feel like it’s a gamble to get a decent coffee."

"I was so disappointed. I know they are busy but drinks regularly take over 20 minutes at this location. I love Starbucks but had to cancel the order and was very misinformed by the barista on how to do it. :/ I recommend any of the other coffee shops in cape and especially the local ones."

"We ordered ahead via the mobile app and when I walked in, saw about 10-12 drinks waiting. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was able to flag down someone to ask about my order. It had been placed with the labels facing away from us. I’ve never waited more than than a few minutes at a Starbucks without someone asking for my name so they could assist. And why would you put a drink down with the label facing backwards?!? I don’t want strangers walking in and fondling my drink, especially during cold and flu season."

"I love Starbucks, and continue to come back to this Starbucks even though the drinks are never consistent. The Cold Brew is always given to you like the picture shown! I’m not sure if it’s being consistently mixed wrong or if they are using old cold brew instead of fresh in the mornings, but it has to be the most disgusting cold brew on a normal basis I’ve ever had. I can get the same cold brew at any other Starbucks and it’s always great and taste the same. At our local Starbucks here in Cape through owner changes and all, they can’t get it right. Unfortunately I’ll be back out of no other options for a main Starbucks in town."

"We were on vacation and headed out of town. I had previously stopped at the Starbucks in Target right down the street for coffee because this store wasn't listed on the Starbucks app. My coffee from target tasted like burned chocolate so I decided to hit up the store I'd just passed. When pulling in I noticed the drive thru wrapped around the building and in the road so I decided to go in. I was able to place my order fairly quickly. Then I went to the end with the herd. There were probably 15-20 people waiting on drinks. It took about 18-20 minutes for my drink to be served. The girl behind the counter informed us that they were short handed and drinks would be out as soon as they could. All the while , no one moved with a sense of urgency. Employees were chatting and laughing with each other, moving as if the store was empty and no one on the other side of the counter had a schedule to follow. After finally receiving my iced coffee it was made wrong. No classic, No vanilla. Just coffee and cream. There was no way I was going to return the coffee and wait another minute in that store. I just counted it as a loss. Worst experience in a Starbucks to date The pics I've uploaded is to show how much of each drink went into the trash. I tried to drink them but just couldn't stomach it. The drink with the sticker is from the store on this review. The cup that has been written on is from the Starbucks inside Target (they were out of venti cups). Based on my experiences, someone from Seattle needs to come down to Missouri and RETRAIN everyone"
