"I moved from the other side of town 2 years ago and have given this pharmacy ample time to show they can be a good pharmacy. They are so very slow, often do not have the medicine I need and get every month. I have heard every excuse as to why they can’t get the medicines I have needed but other Walgreens have it in stock. On top of all of this the pharmacist is not the nicest and lacks few customer service skills. Having been a sole Walgreens pharmacy user for the last 10years, it looks like I will be looking for a new pharmacy."

"(I have to give one star to comment) "I GIVE WALGREENS PHARMACY IN ALL OF LEXINGTON 0 STARS" Please save yourself and go to a different pharmacy!! Walgreens in general are just terrible in Lexington KY!! I'm Born and raised in Florida and have never dealt with the rude employee want to be pharmacist like this location and Pink Pigeon Location!! My attorney is getting secret shoppers which are ahead of the whole Walgreens including the pharmacist to show exactly how rude and nasty these folks are! It's 10 x's worse at the Pink Pigeon Location across from Hamburg I promise you!! They are both in for a rude awakening once this takes place and they will be recorded and fired on the spot! (If only I could be a fly on the wall to watch it since I was the one mistreated and had to go through what I did with these employees aka not Pharmacist, they just work back there with pharmacist!!) I mean if you don't like your job and can't handle what your job intends for you to do, go back to fast food and out of Walgreens! VERY SIMPLE!! PROBLEM SOLVED!!"

"Tried to get Covid-19 vaccine only to be turned away After doing all the paperwork and making a appointment only to realize they don’t know cdc guidelines at all…..truth be known I don’t think they wanted to give us the shots anyway….. what a waste of time …. no more Walgreens for nothing…I’ve emailed the cdc and other government health organization to let them explain Walgreens turning us away and why are they allowed to even be associated with this vaccine….."

"I DESPISE this Rite Aid solely because of the staff. I really like the selection of products & it's literally "a stones throw away" across MoW from WaterStone. They are consistently rude regardless who/what shift. Tonight really made me mad. I've purchased lighters there several times before with absolutely no issue. Tonight the unwelcoming clerk showed me where the new selection of packs versus solo lighters was located & AFTER I picked one out & she brought the pack to the checkout from behind the counter she asked for my ID. I'm 28. No part of me looks 18 anymore. I asked, clearly annoyed, "for a lighter?" And she gave me the "pretend to relate/eye roll" nod of resignation. I replied with, "Absolutely not." I went out to get my id & brought it to the door to show her, but she refused to make eye contact. I said as calmly as possible, "I'm 30 (;$@*#€+) years old & the Indian gentleman nextdoor will gladly sell me a lighter." Either she's wrong or a minimum of 3 other employees failed to card me when required. Either way, I'll take my 2-4 weekly visits to Shell or Costco from now on."

"Store won't honor price marked on the product. Admitted that they marked them a day early for the ad. If they're going to mark them early, they should honor the price marked. Staff was rude when we pointed this out. They have lost a customer over $2.99. Will go to the CVS 3 blocks down the road from now on."
