"This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received from a doctor’s office. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My husband, who is a cancer survivor, has been waiting a week to get results from a test that could possibly be frightening. NO ONE will answer the phone our emails for help. Even an in-person visit did not yield results since they couldn’t find the fax from the diagnostic center. And yes, we are 100% sure they were sent TWICE. This is totally unacceptable or even understandable. My husband will be leaving this practice as soon as we get these results. This is very unprofessional and bad practice of medicine."
