"For the first time in my life I have finally had someone listen to me and my concerns about my health issue. The doctor is amazing. She is sweet, kind, a great listener, and someone who I feel safe with. The nurses are amazing they are also all very kind and gentle when they were taking my blood and giving me shots. I finally feel like I have a doctors office I can go to that will listen to me and not ignore my concerns that i’ve had since a child (i’m now a senior in high school) and somewhere that doesn’t make me feel bad about myself and my body. I love this office, even the receptionists are kind and welcoming. I wish I found this office sooner because I only have a few months I can continue going there, so if you have a child of any age I highly recommend coming to this office."

"My grandson had been to the ER the night before and didn’t receive any treatment for home. He woke up the next morning with severe wheezing still present. Norton’s was unable to get him in and my daughter was told to call the next morning. I googled and found this new facility in Frankfort. I called and they were able to fit him in within an hour. The staff members were extremely professional and friendly. The pediatrician was attentive and addressed concerns. I hardly write reviews but this facility deserves ten stars. My daughter will be switching to this facility."
