"Slow lazy unprofessional. You can sit for 6 hours with a broken wrist and not so much as an aspirin. No idea if other hospitals are any better but this place is ridiculous. Miracle I gripe and they show up like a house on fire! Pain meds! A doctor! Nurses! People do work here not just sit around the nurse station."

"My husband was seen today and I can say the experience was concerning. Most of the staff was nice except for our nurse. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered with us. Barely came to check on my husband. It was only until I stepped in to speak up for him that they cared. The moment I started questioning then in regards to care and where the doctor was is when the process started going quickly. Mind you this is 5 hours later. We understand that it is an ER and other patients who areore serious take priority. But for our nurse to do nothing but be at the station talking it up with other people, not showing any care until she saw we were annoyed is ridiculous. He did not get any sleep the day before due to working night and hadn't had anything to eat. So he did not want to be there anymore or have anything else done to him. Once we asked for the AMA papers after the nurse telling us we had to see another doctor even though one had just came in, she came back with discharge papers instead. If you don't like being a nurse then why are you still doing it. And as far as the providers go, I'll say it for the nurses that have seen y'all do this. Stop hiding in your office taking your sweet time to get orders out to be done and waiting to see patients because you don't want to get up.We only came here because baptist by where we live is hit or miss. But the last few times I've had to go were fine. And Norton's suburban is amazing and quick as well. It's just this one that seems to not get the message"

"Went to the immediate care center for a tremendous pain in my right leg, like nothing I have felt before. After evaluating me, the immediate care doctor sent me to the ER, to receive further diagnostic testing, thinking it could possibly be a blood clot. As I arrived at Brownsboro there was no sense of urgency. Arriving between 7-7:30pm I’m still sitting here with several others that have been here since 6pm. It’s 1:45am now with no movement of staff anywhere. Having to be up for work at 6am, if I’m able to go, they have no regard or concern for people’s livelihood. A patient just came out and said there wasn’t anyone back there doing their job, and after an hour he had to track someone down in order to get discharged. I thought the purpose of the ER was urgency, diagnose, and treat in a timely manner. I’ll follow up after I’m finally diagnosed."
