"I cant wait to watch this place grow. I love it here. The plants are beautiful, the gardens glimmer event is so fun with the coolest Santa. It's going to be an amazing Louisville attraction."
"Lovely light displays. Easy walk through. Took about 30 minutes. Highly recommended"
"The gardens are free unless there is an event and those prices vary. There was only one employee on duty at the time I went, she was very nice and friendly. I went on Sunday and it was an enjoyable stroll through the blooms, sculptures, and water features. The facilities were very clean."
"This was the first time I've been to Waterfront Botanical Gardens and I have to say it was beautiful. The water features were great. Such a variety of flowers and trees. The future plans look amazing. I will definitely be going back!"
"An excellent, free, and supremely serene botanical garden at the edge of the waterfront of Louisville. While we did not make use of the call-in audio tour around the garden, nor visit the inside of the educational center, we spend about 45 min to an hour walking around and enjoying the nature around us. Most plants/flowers had labels, which allows visitors to get to know the nature around them a bit better. Plenty of native plants. Though close to the highway, the water features - a water wall, fountain, and waterfall - drowned out the noise to cultivate a little urban escape for pollinators and people alike. The whole garden is accessible for folks in wheelchairs. Emphasizing again that it is free - which is awesome for the amount one can experience while there. Ample and free parking. Worth the visit and all our appreciation for the gardeners."
