"Best birthday party place! Especially for the little kids so they don’t get plowed at some of the other places by the big kids! We have done a birthday 2 times there and my job and and I loved it bc they do everything and the kids also love it!!!"

"We rent from them nearly every summer, and have had great experiences. Also, my nearly 4 y.o. just attended a birthday party there, and had an absolute BLAST!! Perfect for preschool age kiddos!! Glow lights, bouncies, music, balloon drop, bubble dance party, cotton candy...WHAT?! An absolute dream!"

"Had my child’s third birthday and he is a very hard to please toddler and he loved it! The adults had fun too. This is absolutely the go to spot and we will be doing this again next year! The staff were amazing and helped me set up and the owner was always quick to respond beforehand with all of my questions! If you are debating just do it! You will not regret! And yes, the adults can jump too."

"Extremely poor customer service. At my third rental of the same unit (H20 Water racer), weather made for a date change. I communicated and asked if my rental (rented 2.5 months prior, online) could come the following day, owner responded "I will make it happen." The following day, a small bounce house was dropped instead, despite my clear order for a 7yo bday party, indication of 25+ guests and owner proceeded to say it was my communication fault, while my child brought the water hose over to be hooked up. We had no intention of another bounce coming to the party than the large one we ordered. Owner then made his lateness and schedule rearranging my problem while my children were crying in the driveway, was very distressed but not offering any other solutions aside from "so do you want it or not? I have to get go Goshen." After 2 generally positive rentals, I was shocked at the way this was handled, how I was treated and the lack of customer service and ability to handle conflict, particularly in front of children. Unfortunately, do not recommend."

"My Grandson had a birthday party here. The facility was meticulously clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The staff ran the party. It was very organized. We had approximately 20 children ages 2-7 and 15 adults who attended the party. All were so happy and enjoyed there time in the various slides and bouncy houses. Before serving any food the staff was excellent at ensuring all the children's hands were clean. I would highly recommend this establishment to all parents and children."
