"So I just left from there to put gas in my car and grab a drink for my daughter while she was in the car only to be accused of stealing a sprite. It was my turn to pay for my gas and the drink I got and the clerk told me how many sprites did I put in my car and and I looked at her and told her none. but she said I saw you on the camera, well lady if you would have stayed looking at the camera you would have seen that I was showing my daughter if it was sprite or 7up she wanted but she was adamant that I put some in my car and I told the clerk if she wanted to look in my car she had no words to say but the fact that she accused me and how embarrassing it is to labeled a thief in front of everybody knowing I did not steal do better people know the facts before accusing..."

"I tried to fill up my vehicle and didn’t take out the gas pump in time so a receipt spit out for $0 dollars. They held a pre auth on my card for $109. That was 4 days ago and they still are holding my $109. I wouldn’t fill up at Murphy’s if I was on E and it was the only gas station within miles. I’d walk before I filled up here."

"I just went into this location to cash a couple of lotto tickets. They were extra busy and there were several people in line, including myself. The cashier was working to move people quickly, when this lady walks in and cuts in-front of myself and about 5 other people. I told the lady several times she had cut and where the line was. Several other customers did as well. She never moved. When she got to the counter, the cashier cashed her out! Even though she heard the customers yelling across the store she cut and that she was wrong for taking her. I’m pretty sure the manager was hiding behind the lotto stand too. I left and went to a United gas station. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I will NEVER spend money at Murphy’s again. Ever. Update: after speaking with the corporate office and being directed to the district manager immediately. We were satisfied with the information provided and increased the star review to 3-stars. Hopefully going forward, this store will have cashiers that aren’t afraid to do their job, for whatever reason. I know that many people mind their own business but I will back a cashier any day that is in the right. Had she directed the customer to the back of the line or even refused service, this would be a 5-star rating."
