Mothers Day Out at Freedom Church 2435 East Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75007

"For the school year 2018-2019, when our daughter was 4 years old, we enrolled her in Freedom Church Mother's Day Out (2435 E. Hebron Pkwy; Carrollton, TX 75010). We didn't realize it until many years later, but our daughter would be mistreated by her teacher, Ms. Jacquie Driver Andrews, on almost a daily basis. One time when Ms. Jacquie was handing out snacks, she didn’t give our daughter the full portion (only a tiny bit of cheese), like the other kids. Ms. Jacquie told us our daughter was playing with her food, but our daughter said she never played with her food. Even as a 4-year-old, she still remembers how Ms. Jacquie would often single her out and would often play favorites. My wife and I only learned of this incident now, 5 years later! Our daughter said she was too scared of Ms. Jacquie to share this incident with us back then. Even though she's now almost 9, she still remembers every single thing about how she was mistreated by her teacher. Ms. Jacquie also ruined our daughter’s preschool experience by blaming her, even if it was another kid’s fault. She never listened to our daughter’s side of the story and would only listen to the other kid’s story. Almost every day, Ms. Jacquie would put our daughter in timeout, even if she did nothing wrong. She would then write detailed notes to outline all the bad behaviors our daughter supposedly engaged in and the number of times she put our daughter in timeouts. Our daughter never had and still don't have any problems at other schools. She's always friendly and nice to other kids, and all her teachers have told us the same thing — that our daughter is smart, kind, and extremely honest. We're so proud of our daughter for being brave enough (even 5 years later) to share these incidents at Freedom Church Mother's Day Out with us. Despite what Ms. Jacquie did, our daughter has grown into a loving, sweet, kind, strong, healthy, and active young lady."

"We have had both of our children in the Freedom MDO program for the last three years. We had spent time at several other programs in the area, but Debbie and her staff are truly the best! They are responsive to emails, I have been able to contact teachers when necessary, and there has never been a day where we haven't been greeted with a smile! The pre-k teachers are just the best! They worked so hard with my older son to get him caught up and ready for Kindergarten. Couldn't imagine us being anywhere else!"

"My cousins absolutely LOVED going to MDO when they were younger. The teachers are amazing, so nice and very attentive. All 3 of my cousins still talk about their teachers and their “principle” to this day. Everyone has always been so caring and nice to me too when I would pick them up from MDO. It was so nice to know that they always had a wonderful day and that they were taken very good care of. Also, I love how caring and responsible the teachers are. I could go on and on, give multiple stories about how this place and the people are so great, but I would end up writing a novel!"

"MDO has been AMAZING for my son & I. They are so helpful and they really make you feel like you’re apart of their family. I went through some really tough times in 2020 in every teacher, Debbie (the director), and Leeanne were extremely helpful in getting me through everything. My son loves the school and tells me he has fun every single day. He’s been going here since he was 9months old and is now 2! His speech has greatly improved and he learns so much from them. If you are looking for a daycare for your children, 10/10 recommend MDO. Your babies are in good hands!!!"
