"I have visited this center a few times since moving to the area to inquire about availability. Most recently as my son is coming of age and was told he could start as soon as his birthday (next week). On multiple occasions I have asked for paperwork on to be told “I’ll tell you what come back and x time or x date”. Upon visiting today to just ask for paperwork to be handed I was not only told to come back once again (I’ve stepped away from work multiple times at this point) but also that maybe my son will be able to start in the new year. Very poor customer service and process."
