"I called to get a prescription refilled. No greeting. Just hello. No -thank you. She just hung up. So,I called back to address her rudeness and my other questions. She hung up again. I called back. She picked the phone up and hung up. I get in my car and drive up there so I can speak with the person who hung up in my face. I was told to speak with the pharmacist. Well, her attitude was no better. Then immediately, realized all the staff had the same attitude. I will never go back there and spend another dime. If I could post a negative 10 stars that's what they would get."
"Brigett in pharmacy was extremely helpful! She was so patient, kind and answered all of my questions! I had a great experience."
"I have a better chance of winning the lottery than ever having a pharmacist tech who is knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately this is my insurance’s preferred provider but whenever possible I do everything I can to avoid this pharmacy. And this is coming from someone who’s dealt with TRICARE as a service member and veteran for years; the VA runs circles around this CVS. One time they didn’t fill my time-sensitive IVF medication because “it wasn’t covered by insurance and came out to several hundred dollars”. I received a text that my prescription was filled, showed up and it wasn’t filled nor in process. They never reached out to ASK me if the cost was okay, instead just assumingly didn’t fill it. I knew the cost. I just needed them to do their jobs and fill my Rx as requested. Tonight I stopped by at 515pm to see if my Rx was ready. I was told “we just got this prescription”. I explained I was making sure they actually had the medication and were working on filling it so that I’d be able to pick it up later this evening. Called back at 715pm and was again told “we just got this prescription”. They hadn’t even started filling it. Again, this is a a time sensitive antibiotic for a sick and fevering kid, not a routine refill. Avoid if at all possible."
"Make sure to tell these people to check their voicemail because my husband’s prescription wasn’t filled due to an error on their part and he spent the night in excruciating pain overnight from having his mouth drilled into at the dentist. When he called in the morning again to check on the status of his meds they STILL insisted the prescription had not been sent but it HAD BEEN they just hadn’t bothered to check their messages until he told them the dentist had spoken to him and told him he had called it in and left a voicemail for them twice. I would also suggest you spell out your name phonetically and tell them the entire month (December 1st not 12/1) because the person helping on the phone was the LEAST helpful person there."
"Lost my prescription twice since I switched to CVS from Walgreens (required to by insurance unfortunately). I have to call in and request my prescription everytime. At Walgreens when they received a script from DRs office they just notified me it was ready. The person at the deive thru window just stared at me until I initiated every aspect of the transaction. I thought she was mute until she said I had one prescription available. Said six words the entire time and none of them were any form of "Hi" or "Bye". CVS IS THE WORST. ALL HAIL WALGREENS SUPREMACY!"
