"Wow! What a pleasant experience. I was called back to the room on time (actually a few minutes early), which never seems to happen at other doctors. Dr. Hathaway came in very promptly and addressed all my questions and concerns. She was very friendly as was all the staff. Highly recommended!"
"I've contacted 2 different offices, waited on hold a number of times, have left a call-back number, and have submitted an electronic appointment request; still, I haven't heard any response from either office. My 10 year old was treated at the Jeffersonville office, and they want him back in a month however they are booked for 2 months. Really?? Wouldn't this had been good information to disclose before beginning treatment? They say they have appointments in downtown Louisville and to go there; and, they can't make appointments for us at any other southern IN location. That's weird, right? It's the same company. Why can they make an appointment in downtown Louisville and not in Corydon or Salem? I'd rather not get shanked or shot trying to get my 10 year old a follow-up visit to a dermatologist. What do you have to do to get an appointment with this group in southern IN?"
"This place is still following major Covid restrictions months after the CDC stopped them, including masks and visitation. On hold for 10 minutes, no answer. Automated phone service is ridiculous. I finally gave up and made an appointment elsewhere."

"I had to get two moles removed for a biopsy, for my first ever apt with them, and I had to bring my daughter. I was terrified honestly, but they were so fast, painless, and it went a lot better than I expected. Having to take a 3 year old with you to do that is not the easiest, but they made everything so easy. The women there were so great. This is a really great place."
