"I’ve seen full blown retards with more car knowledge than a hand full of these guys. Location is hit or miss. Some decent guys willing to help and the others act like they’re to good to be working at auto zone when in reality they probably can’t fix a bowl of cereal properly."
"DEC 3RD, 2022 Horrible experience in the store, This is the 1st review I have ever left for a local business but it was just so bad. I asked for help finding a part, employee said i don't know and ignored me. The store was almost empty, not busy. When checking out I asked what the stores return policy is. The employee, James B, Rolled his eyes at me and said he didn't know. Ask him if it was written somewhere, on the receipt, or if he could ask another employee or manager? He ignored me and said I don't know- just pay". After asking for a 3rd time he went and ask his manager ( WHO WAS 6 FOOT AWAY) and came back and saying the manager did know the return policy either? We won't be buying anything else for our farm, equipment, or vehicles here. Treated a customer like I was annoying and a bother, there is no customer service. Also there was 3 employees inside an almost empty store, this wasn't one bad employee on a busy day."
