"I called the office this morning to reschedule an appointment and I talked to the rudest "witch" in the world. I called 9/18/23 at 9:19 and spoke with "Angie" , a snarky, obnoxious, unprofessional lady. Why in the world do you have this lady answering the phone for your business? I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes to talk to someone on the phone, but waiting only to get to speak with Angie? NO thanks. I said I needed to cancel an appointment and she said the next appointment is March 20, 2024 .. I hesitated and said "Did you say March, 6 months away?" And she laughed and was just plain rude from there on out. I'm guessing with this lovely attitude, "Angie" has a Monday every day. I asked for her name and she waited several seconds before responding, so I'm guessing she gave me a fake name. This lady should not be working with the public. I'm sure you have the ability to review a call log and see who I dealt with. Read the other reviews, several patients agree. I'll find somewhere else to go."

"Just called to get an appointment, the lady I spoke to was rude and dismissive. She was unwilling to try and work out a time and date for an appointment. If that’s what they have for a receptionist, I’ll go somewhere else."

"Went in to get a suspicious spot looked at. I saw A. Ramsey in the office and she was incredibly helpful in dealing with a lot of my skincare concerns and helped me build a routine to try. I will update in 4 months after my next appointment. 5 stars."

"I liked the doctors but communication with the offices is next to impossible. When you call, you never get a human to speak to and leaving a message isn’t a choice. You can ask for a callback but the last 4 times I tried that, no one ever called back. As a result, I went to the office to make an appointment and was told I should have left a message. The receptionist was less than cordial and I told her i had asked for a callback multiple times but had never received a callback, she told me they had over 1500 Calls a day. A bit hard to believe. I canceled an appointment by email and later got an email asking to confirm that appointment. When I clicked on the link to cancel again, the link never opened. I certainly hope they don’t try to charge for this appointment."

"The staff was a treat. Polite, reassuring and informative. I actually had fun at my appointment. Many questions were asked to create a thorough understanding of my condition, the treatment was patiently and clearly explained. After one day, I'm already noticing an improvement.
