"I arrived for a 5pm appointment and unfortunately got stuck in 35 traffic. I attempted to call the office and they did it answer despite it being 5pm and their voicemail saying they were open til 6. When i arrived, they were already locked up and gone 7 minutes after time without so much as a phone call. I had received a phone call earlier to see if I could come at an earlier time- which I couldn’t so it appears to me they were in a hurry to go home early and left exactly at my appointment time. This is frustrating since I had to drive across town after a full day of work with a kid who has had a long day as well. I also work in healthcare and make every effort to accommodate, we would never lock the doors on a patient a few minute late without either calling or waiting 15 minutes. It’s poor service and makes trying to get kids to multiple medical appointment frustrating. I won’t be returning if I can help it."

"My daughter came in for an MRI with contrast there was a male nurse there who was extremely helpful very kind and kept my daughter laughing he made sure to thoroughly explain everything to her and made sure she was comfortable everyone here was very kind I highly recommend this place"
