"Poor customer service by front desk associates Ava and Shannon. Not only did Shannon talk rudely to me on the phone but she also lied and stated she was a manager and there was no employee by the name of Ava working at this property. This was all in regards to my reservation cancellation. Such a hassle. Will let corporate know how they have rude employees working for their company. Marriott you dropped the ball. Will make sure none of my friends or family come to this location."
"As a Marriott Owner we expect the brand to be consistent with great standards whenever and wherever we travel. This facility from our other experiences with the brand is decent. I’ll narrow it down with the pros and cons. Cons- The rooms are very dimly lit and small. There isn’t a full kitchen you’d expect from this chain. The morning staff isn’t that welcoming and friendly. The toilet and shower both leak water. Room has a slight odor and could possibly use a nice deep clean on the carpet. It has a pool but it’s outside and not heated, which made it unusable for our trip in December. Paint in the shower is peeling. Pros- Lots of hot water. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good with real eggs from shells the manager boasted. Modern type facility. Close to many businesses (barber, restaurants, iFly, The Main Event, DQ, etc.) Close to Highway."
"During our stay, there was a very loud mechanical noise in the bathroom (video attached). It made it very difficult for my pregnant wife and I to sleep and feel well rested. Manager refused to refund any portion of the stay or offer any help whatsoever. Unbelievably poor customer service. UPDATE: the manager still refused to provide us with a refund, even after 4000 people have viewed this video."
"The worst experience ever at a Marriott. Despite being part of the illustrious brand, this franchise in particular is apparently allowed to set its own limited payment terms, which exclude a Marriott Gift Card and even cash, unless they cover the entire bill. They also triple-charged our credit card on check-in, locking up the pre-authorized amount for our entire stay in Austin."
"Great hospitality! The front desk associate was very friendly and courteous. One of the best examples I’ve seen. Hotel seemed newly built and pretty clean/equipped."
