"went tonight 1/27 around 7pm. The cashier was helping the family in front of me and made several racist remarks and “jokes” towards them. The staff is usually very friendly and store is decently kept but this was disappointing to see."

"Store manager is VERY RUDE, she rudely took my basket, spilled my items over. As i opened my purchase of a blanket, she raised her voice and told me YOU ARE PAYING FOR THAT, which I replied I am going to. She continued to be confrontational about that topic, and I told her I didn't want anything anymore due to her BAD BEHAVIOR, she became more confrontational. She claimed to be the owner. She is very insulting and very unprofessional. Such a nice store being managed by a RUDE manager. I am reporting her to the district manager from store #7796."

"The store manager of this Dollar Tree should be fired. I've never had a problem shopping here until my experience last night. I was waiting in the check out line with a small basket of items and the sales associate called the manager over to start another check out line since it was getting to be a long line. She called me over and as I started placing my items on the conveyor belt she took the basket out of my hand and tried to dump everything out because "it would be faster." I told her to hold on that there were some items that I may not be taking and she told me that "I don't have the time to deal with anyone that doesn't know what they want you can go back in the other line." Then called me ridiculous under her breath, she sent me back to wait in the line for 30 minutes proceeding to take everyone else after me. A guy behind me offered for me to go in front of him and I said no she sent me back over here I was pretty livid. She overheard what I said to the guy and said in front of ALL the customers "I only have time to take customers who know what they want." At that point I said "I work in customer service, ma'am you don't speak to paying customers in your store like that." I still can't believe how I was treated and spoken to in front of other customers."

"If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The way they treated a customer for simply showing them where they placed a product was down right disgusting. If you make a mistake as a store honor the price and then move them! You embarrass someone and be mean to them because you made a mistake is not right!"
