Ally Medical Emergency Room - Central Austin

"Great walk in emergency clinic in North Central Austin. I was dreading a long wait and hours of time to get checked out, but upon entering was pleasantly surprised to get checked in immediately, pulled back within 5 minutes, and seen within another 5. They have a really nice facility and were able to do extensive testing and even a CAT scan all in the same space. The staff were all amazing, the space was pleasant and relaxing, and they got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Highly recommended if you need an emergency clinic. This was far superior to experiences I've had at other clinics and even at hospital ERs."

"Quick service & very trustworthy. I came in for a horrible cough I had for more than a month after being diagnosed with COVID. Cristina got me checked in within minutes, I didn't have time to sit down in the lobby and fill out my paperwork. I was brought back immediately. Dr. Best was very knowledgeable about what I needed to feel better. She is LITERALLY the best! Jaime the nurse, came in the room quickly after my triage to give me a breathing treatment and some medicine. She was very responsive and caring. I would trust them with any future treatments and would not go anywhere else."

"The people here and so kind and patient and wonderful. The space is clean and welcoming. I have had to go to this facility three times in the past year and every single experience has been amazing (aside from being sick of course). Every single staff member is attentive, nice, and eager to help. I detest going to a big ER to sit for hours and then go sit in a room for another hour. Not here. I got called back before my paperwork was even filled out. Saw doc within 10 min of arriving. Usually that takes hours. I don’t know how they do it but this place is absolutely amazing and I feel so blessed to have found them!"

"The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. They were also affirming and still provided 10 out of 10 care regardless of me being transgender. Everyone was personable and you could tell that their main focus is to make you feel comfortable and confident that you’re receiving excellent care. Overall, I would def recommend them as a safe space for anyone regardless of your gender or sexual orientation. You can expect to be treated with respect and receive the care you need. I went in feeling terrible and was released feeling so much better."

"Ally Medical Center was the best! I didn’t have health insurance yet it was free. I received outstanding care from Dr. Price, Nurse Jamie, and others. Got a EKG too. Their professionalism and kindness, especially during the stress of health concerns was amazing. What an exceptional service and commitment to patient care!!"
