"I had a drop and hook with open window from 12/15 at 1800 with my DDT being 12/17 at 0100. I arrived at 1400 on 12/15 and it was already ready to go. I was in and out in 30 minutes. All the guards are always super nice. I love picking up from here!!!"

"I have been driving truck for nine years. And in all of those nine years I have never had an experience even near as HORRIBLE as the one I had on 11/28/23. I arrived early as I customarily do, not expecting to be loaded early but just in case. However What i REALLY did NOT expect was to be sitting for 27 hours to be loaded. Yes a FULL day plus some. Not only is that unacceptable but the worst part is I was blatantly lied to about when my truck would be loaded and ready to go. I was first promised midnite...not done then. Was next promised by 2 pm.... still not done. So at nearly 3pm the next day, here I wait for my paperwork to finally be done so I can actually begin my trip with delivery scheduled for tomorrow nite. This was the worst experience and company I have ever dealt with. So bad in fact that my trucking company will no longer even be accepting jobs from Cargill. LASTLY, for such a large company and such a profitable one this is an embarrassment. Do better."

"Drop and hook...surprisingly our load was ready a day early. Not used to that from Cargill. We dropped, took our 10 in the bobtail area, grabbed trailer in the a.m. Nice folks, restroom in the guard shack. The trains are sketchy crossing at the entrance and it's tight making the left and right to get to the lots. Only one truck can fit through at a time so gotta watch to be sure noone's coming around the corner before starting your swing."
