"We decided to stay here because it wasn’t very far from the CrossFit competition we came in town for, but we would not stay here again. I am shocked that this hotel is apart of IHG because it is literally a 1 star place. The breakfast is nothing to mention, your typical bland basic items. My husband said it was gross and I’m luckily I made breakfast in the room. The room itself was in need of a serious deep clean. For one, the carpet was sticky. Like it was possibly cleaned with a carpet cleaner that was broken. It was matted down and sticky, everywhere. We couldn’t go barefoot. The bathroom was definitely not cleaned before. We found out that our shower was missing the door, only because we had friends staying across the hall. Besides the shower door missing, the shower had a glob of hair in the drain before we even used it and the shower head barely worked. The tile needs a scrubbing desperately and so did the sink/counter area. The doorframe for the bathroom was completely rusted too, clearly the fan isn’t doing the job. We would not stay here again, from the photos it looks “nice” but clearly it’s cheap for a reason."
"Aside from being overpriced, the rooms smelled bad like mold and the floors were sticky. Breakfast was not good the sausage was old and stale. The pancakes were ok. The Pool/Hot Tub were closed. They DID GIVE US $50 OFF FOR POOL BEING CLOSED SO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE DISCOUNT IF IT IS CLOSED FOR YOU. Just overall just felt like a dirty two star hotel. Staff was friendly."
"I wouldn't recommend this property until they upgrade and exterminate in the rooms. The staff was friendly and the food was ok. The biscuits were over cooked and hard. Cinnamon rolls were great one morning and hard and dry the next morning. The first room my husband and I checked into was not ok, the shower head was gross, stain on the sheet, and top off with a roach crawling on the bathroom wall. We were relocated to a room in slightly better shape. I wished my husband booked us at the Hampton Inn adjacent to Holiday Inn property. The property was supposed to change the stay to my IHG reward account instead of my husband's since my card was getting charged. Promised by the front desk agent that said he'd get the manager to change everything. It's January and things still hadn't changed."
"Nice place to stay! The staff was super helpful with any questions I had. Location is near many places to eat, and has easy access to main roads. Elizabeth at the front desk, she was friendly and efficient, and is an asset to this location. The overnight/morning employee was also helpful and cheerful every morning, and check out was a breeze! Breakfast and juice selection was perfect! My room was clean, bed was comfy, good water pressure, and had all that I needed."
"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP! First night, room 301, sticky floors on tile and carpet, no thermostat power on wall or unit near window, room was hot and musty.. the staff was very kind to move us. We moved to 303, air was working which was nice but floors in that room also sticky. ALL NIGHT LONG TRAIN OUTSIDE WINDOW BLARING THE HORN AS THEY PASS BY.. where are the reviews about the train? We’re from Vegas and had no idea this hotel was near a train track. Hindsight right? Couldn’t sleep due to the train and also a loud a/c unit as others have mentioned. Showers had little pressure and barely got warm. The next night, here comes the train again AND we could hear whoever was on the other side of the wall snoring all night. Three nights here, no sleep. We had to leave the hotel and are elsewhere for the remainder of our trip. Pros, the staff was accommodating and kind. The breakfast selection and coffee felt very at home and that area was clean. Sheets and bedding felt fresh and bed was very comfy. Cons listed above. Oh! Left out that our door locks didn’t line up on door frame so we couldn’t lock our door."
