"Loudest hotel I have ever been in. What's crazy about it, is the noise isn't from other people talking or carrying on. It's not even from the busy Interstate. It's from the building itself, every aspect of it is loud. The AC is loud, the ceiling fans and the air handler, loud! The elevator chime, the shower, both loud. The bed? You guessed it, loud. This place needs some TLC big time. The carpeting in the rooms has become so thin and worn, it's like walking on concrete. It used to absorb some of the sound and keep the rooms from echoing so much, not anymore. I'm not even going to try and guess what color it once was either. With a little bit of work, it could be great again but until then..."

"Recently, I had unfortunately gotten stuck in Austin for an extended period of time. I was with my daughter, 3 grandkids, and my service dog. I told her to just find a hotel with a hot breakfast and a pool. My expectations were surpassed by the staff. They were so attentive to my family. The manager Mr . William and the morning breakfast lady Maria took such good care of my family. That I wish I could have took them with me. So Thank you for your service. Happy Holidays and thank you for making my family feel so comfortable in our time of need. I will remember you always."

"Myself and my family stayed at this location for a few mounths while our house was being built. Overall our saying was good. The rooms are pretty spacious at a decent price. And housekeeping comes regularly. The breakfast they provide is okay nothing too special and all of the staff are pretty professional. I would have to say that the night manager William definitely made our stay a whole lot better he is always super nice and polite and accommodating very responsive and he works out situations quickly. We also had a great experience with Maria who is also very friendly and accommodated anytime we needed something"

"We had a very nice stay at his hotel. I don't really know why it gets so many bad reviews. We didn't see a single bug. It was fairly clean and the staff service was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The only way it could be improved is by adding a breakfast meat and gluten free bread, but if that was a deal breaker, we would have just gone to a restaurant. I would definitely stay here again."
