"Had an appointment there on Thursday 1/18/2024, and the front desk ladies were cool and efficient. I was nervous reading the reviews because they were written by white women so naturally as a Black Woman I expected thee worse but it was nothing of the sort. Cindy the nurse who looked at my skin was lovely, and she took her time to listen. This place for me was a don't judge a book by it's cover moment in a great way. Nice location too."

"Waited two months to get into this highly recommended dermatologist. Showed up day of my appointment— did not have my appointment on the books. Tried to get to the bottom of it but the Front desk was so unhelpful and rude so I left. Will not be rescheduling an appointment here."

"I absolutely love Dr. Weiss and give her 5 STARS because she's the best, but I'm over the front desk being so rude the majority of the time. Some are sweet, but there's two women in particular that make it seem like it's an inconvenience whenever I call or come in. Today I called because I hadn't heard back about my prescription, and the front desk quite literally huffed on the phone and sounded so irritated that they had to redirect my call or even talk about anything. I, too, work in healthcare and I get that people are burnt out or understaffed especially after the pandemic, but it's no reason to ever treat someone with disrespect or annoyance ESPECIALLY if that patient is treating you with kindness and understanding. I also never leave reviews because it's typically not worth it but today I was tempted to ask the woman "are you ok" because she was just unnecessarily rude. DO BETTER FOR THE PATIENTS."

"Never even got to go in. A friend of mine highly recommended this place. I made a "new client" appointment for a head to toe check back in late November for the first week of February, I didn't want to have to take a day off of work. They cancelled my appointment which is understandable since wehad an ice storm so they closed for the day. I just called today to reschedule and the first available appointment for me after 3 wasn't until MAY. I'm assuming that don't want me clients. Very disappointing."
