"Holly cut both of my daughters’ hair and it was a wonderful experience both times. She took her time with the cuts and she got to know us and was so welcoming. My girls loved her and they got the best haircuts they’ve ever had. Everyone at the salon is so kind and clearly actually likes kids. It’s hard to find a salon that enjoys kids and take kids cuts seriously. Sit Still is the only place I’ll take them to from now on."
"I had an exceptional experience at Sit Still Louisville! From the moment we entered, Ali's thoughtful approach turned my daughter's tears into smiles. Offering a glitter tattoo and suggesting a manicure were brilliant distractions, making the haircut a breeze. Holly's dedication and determination won us over, and now my daughter can't wait to return. Outstanding service that turned a reluctant first haircut into a delightful experience!"
"The first time we went here in March was great. No complaints then but we went back for my toddler's 2nd haircut and her hair is ruined. We booked a bob haircut and asked for blunt cut bangs (her bangs were to her nose and she was pushing them out of the way) and we got microbangs and a horrible cut. 95% of the cut my daughter sat in the chair quietly watching an iPad so I'm not even sure how the hair dresser could have done this. My husband and I went in together and he took her to the car while I paid and I didn't really see how bad it was until we got home. They are very sweet and the glitter tattoo/manicure area is great but this Quaker Oats haircut is going to take ages to grow out and I have no idea how to fix it. I wouldn't trust them with her hair again. Edit for business repsonse: I have called you 3 times today and responded to texts and you're "with a client". I missed one call back from you and have returned that call . Also, I'm not sure what the hair stylist told you but she never explained that would be microbangs or said anything about the density of my child's hair during her appointment. She had started cutting my daughter's hair to the side and I told her that isn't how she wears her bangs, she wears them blunt cut but they had grown over her eyes. She never suggest a side swept bang would be better for how her hair grew. I appreciate the refund but I do think your response is misleading. As I stated in my text to you, I appreciate the offer to make adjustments but I do not know what could be done at this point and wasn't able to touch base to get your thoughts on what, if anything could be done. The stylist was sweet at our appointment but this advisement did not happen. Again, thank you for refunding this haircut at least."
"Made an appointment online, wait time was only a few minutes and there was plenty for my 2 year old to look at & play with. Brooklyn was super patient with him as he adjusted to the setting but then it went smoothly!"
"10/10 recommend! I took my son, who will be two in November, for his first haircut and I am in love! We will be back and already have a trim scheduled for December! If you’re nervous about your toddler getting their haircut because you’re afraid they’ll be too wiggly or uncomfortable, I literally cannot recommend Kate enough. She was so patient, kind, gentle, and did an excellent job at making sure my son wasn’t uncomfortable or freaked out in any way possible. She is definitely talented and does so good! The entire staff though were amazing and so kind as well. He LOVED getting to sit in a race car chair, watch Blippi Musical on their iPad, and play with hot wheels while getting his haircut! The whole experience was amazing."
