"My experience is always good. Everyone is always very nice. I still haven't seen results yet, but I read online about the treatment in general and the video I watched said it could take up to 7 or 8 treatments. I feel that is a lot of treatments not to see result until then. I cannot think about any additional treatments until I see results from what I'm getting done now, to know if it really works."

"Bri is really great. However, I haven’t had the hair reduction I was promised. Also, not a fan of their lasers. They use a laser that requires the use of ultrasound jelly/lube, and it’s so sticky and just makes the experience worse. I go to another laser place to get other areas treated after I wasn’t seeing hair reduction at LightRx. They use different lasers that don’t need the jelly and I feel like I’ve seen way way more hair reduction. Still doing some small areas at LightRx since I already have the package, but I wish they used other lasers. One thing that really drives me nuts about this location - there’s rarely anyone at the front desk. So you walk in and wait 10-15 min before anyone realizes you’re there or acknowledges you. I’d say this happens at least every other appointment. I will say, when there is someone at the front desk, they’re always nice and welcoming. But I just don’t understand why it happens so frequently that there’s no one at the desk. There was another woman sitting and waiting with me in the lobby area one time and she said the same thing, rarely anyone to greet her. And at my most recent appointment, I came in and no one was at the desk, then two employees came in through the front and didn’t even acknowledge me. It was really really weird. Seemed like they were heading to a meeting in the back maybe, but at least acknowledge me! Final note - Bri is amazing. Super personable and always willing to listen to my concerns. She makes appointments fun (minus the pain of laser hair removal) and works quickly and efficiently. In addition to already paying for a package, Bri is a big part of the reason I keep coming back."

"I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time I’m at my legacy/lipo and Bliss appointments. Not only is it relaxing but the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I do feel like the treatments work. I’ve done the Venus Bliss, Venus Legacy and the lipo for a few years here. The one time I took too much time off from my treatments I noticed a difference, def not as tight as before. I think I’m hooked on making this a part of my wellness regimen for a long time to come. I do wish it wasn’t so expensive but hey nothing too good comes cheap!"

"I WROTE THIS REVIEW A MONTH AGO AND NOBODY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! I went into LightRX regarding issues I had with hyperpigmentation scars from acne in the past. I explained my skin regiment and showed them before and after pictures of the process I had made. I was VERY CLEAR about what I needed done and they “GUARANTEED” that the YAG laser would get rid of my scars on my chin line and the bridge of my nose. I asked them if they had worked on skin of color before and they said they do it all the time. They assured me it would only take 3 treatments and I asked what if it doesn’t work they then told me “it’s never not worked” which I was still on the fence about doing it so they then told me they would give me 6 treatments instead of 3 and that made me feel better so I signed up for this “special deal” they where running. Make a long story short the treatment did not work. Throughout the entire process i addressed my concerns and they said if we have no results after the treatment we will “work something out” I went in for my follow up and the clinic director wouldn’t even come in and talk to me I thought that was unprofessional. They then suggested that they try more experiments on my face and I declined. I spent over 1600$ for nothing and I would really like to have a conversation with the owner of the business or someone that can give me some answers because they clearly could not. I addressed my concerned after every treatment because I was seeing no results and they kept saying “after this treatment you’ll definitely see a change. That change never came. At the end of the 6th treatment follow up the lady that was doing my treatments could clearly see I was upset and she said “I hate that you wasted your money that’s a lot of money to throw away with no results. Alexis signed me up and Tressa did my treatments. I guess I’m still looking for answers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY! I would give this place no stars but I have to give it 1 star to post it. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!"
