"My son was seen on 2-25-24. I really liked how the whole staff was very informative, caring, went above and beyond for my child to feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this location. I want to thank the 2 doctors, Lumer(not sure if i spelled it correctly), cynthia, jasmine, the night nurses, and the lady that also helped my son feel comfortable before they placed an IV on him. The staff deserves a raise especially with the quality of care they gave my son. These people have such a big heart you can tell that they are really there for their patients. ♥️"

"The staff here were amazing! My son came in for his ear tube surgery and they made him so comfortable, and right at home. They stayed by his side the whole time and treated us very well. Thank you, Dell and their amazing staff!"

"We went to this children's ER over the holidays. Unfortunately, we were not alone. The staff, nurses, and doctor were all kind & helped us quickly and took very good care of our medical concerns. But, I can't give them 5 stars. They had no X-ray, only a CT. I found that very strange and concerning because I thought they were a full service hospital. Next time, I would take my child/children to Ascension Seton Northwest or Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, depending upon your insurance provider."

"We spent just about a week in this hospital with our sweet 2 month old while she recovered from a nasty stomach virus. All of the amazing nurses and doctors worked tirelessly to make sure our daughter was well taken care of and were able to comfort us, as parents, during a very difficult time. They ran endless tests to make sure nothing was missed and we left the hospital feeling confident with the treatment our daughter had received. Cannot recommend Dr. Cossey enough, she was so compassionate and a hug goes a long way when your child is ill! The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and everything is brand new! This is THE best children’s hospital and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you again Dell Children’s North!!"
