"My daughter has been going here for a year now. She loves it! Never fought me when I took her and the teachers are so nice and welcoming. My little girl learns a lot of new things and the curriculum is wonderful. I love getting videos a pictures thru the app and seeing my happy girl. Overall I loveeeeeee happy hearts, the staff, and all it has done! 10 stars if I could ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"My child was registered to attend daycare here soon but we withdrew due to the extreme lack of communication and professionalism. At our initial tour, the director Mari seemed very knowledgeable and caring and her expertise made me feel very comfortable. However, since the moment we signed up, it has been so hard to get answers or communication from them. Mari has never once answered a single email I’ve sent (questions with registration, asking to be added to their admin portal so that I could pay registration fees, etc) and they answer the phone less than 50% of the time. There is not even a voicemail set up for their main phone line! For a while I excused it by thinking “she’s busy with the kids that are currently attending”, but she has a staff of teachers and an administrative assistant so answering the phone or simple emails of new clients who are about to put their child in their care is a very basic expectation that was not met. We canceled our registration with Happy Hearts over 1 month ago and I am still waiting to receive my refund (which they agreed to because they admitted they lacked communication). I have no idea what is going on there that would cause such a lack of professionalism but it is very unfortunate, since the director seemed nice and caring. I would definitely recommend others to look elsewhere so they don’t go through the same stress when choosing their childcare."

"We have been apart of the Happy Hearts BLC crew for a little over two years and to say the least, the staff here is BEYOND Incredible. You can tell that they have such a passion for what they do and they do it so effortlessly. As a first time mom, I really struggled with putting my little one into a daycare and from the very beginning Ms. Mari, took a very understanding and caring approach to my concerns, and quickly changed my perspective. I would give 10 starts if I could!!!! To the incredible Team/Staff, thank you sooo soo much for all of your work and dedication to our little babies. You all are truly amazing."

"My child has been going here for a couple of years and it’s one of the best places I’ve seen. She’s moving into the Pre K that Happy Hearts provides and I’m beyond grateful. The staff is warm and understanding. I’m continually updated on my child’s successes and stressors. The director Mari continues to impress me with her incredible ability to meet the needs of the kiddos. My child is going through a chapter of wanting to stay home instead of going to daycare, it’s a new chapter and Mari always finds out exactly how to comfort her and excite her into coming back! I don’t know where I would be without the personal relationship my child and I have made with this place and the staff. I highly recommend this daycare. My child reflects a drastic raise in intellect and personality when she goes to a Happy Hearts consistently. It’s a family."
