"Had been using their employee discount benefit at my work to purchase tutoring hours for my kids for the past two years. Tried to be proactive at the end of last year/beginning of this year and shore up enough hours for an entire year so I would stop receiving harassing calls every month about needing to purchase additional hours. Apparently they have a policy now that was changed last year from purchased hours being good for up to a year to only being good for 90 days. So my hours started expiring with no warning or explanation. Took multiple phone calls to Varsity Tutors to understand why my hours were back down to 0 when I thought I still had 50+. Really bad policy. Won't be using them or VT ever again. So tired of people stealing my money and expecting me to be fine with it."

"Great place. The teachers are hardworking good people who put together a safe and comfortable environment for my nine month daughter. Close to work with a well planned out drop off area. Daily curriculum to engage and entertain the child. Highly recommend to all parents who need care in the central Houston area"

"Happy baby and nice daycare facility. Lots of time focusing on the babe. Really secure and hard to find. Bigger on the inside. They have free 30 min parking/loading zone in the garage attached. Like Fort Knox to get in there honestly. Really big on the inside IMO.. Only 3 or so other babies are in there when I go. Birth rate is low I guess or daycare utilization is down. It’s a benefit through my husbands work. There is a set number of hours and they run out. We have to ration how many we use per week."

"I used this Bright Horizons location as a back up daycare offered through my employer. I have a 10 month old son, so was a bit worried sending him to a different facility especially because he is so young. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized and clean everything is. The teachers were all super nice. They stuck to the schedule I provided and even did fun activities with the infants. I was able to pick him up from his classroom every day, so I enjoyed getting to see so much of the inside. I received an email at the end of each day with pictures of what they did. Trying out a new daycare is terrifying, but I am so glad we followed through with Bright Horizons! Will definitely be using them for backup care in the future! I wanted to add a quick note on how to find this place, as there is no big sign. They are attached to a parking garage. I would suggest entering the garage on Walker St. You will see signs in the garage indicating where Bright Horizons parking is. Walk out of the garage and on Walker Street you will find the front door to the facility. The door remains locked, so make sure you ring the doorbell to get let in!"
