"Truly amazing team! My son was well taken care of from the whole team! The doctor came in and stated to me my son chart and ask listened to my concerns! I left feeling heard and well taken care of! The nurse are the best there! I will be back if my kids are ever sick!"

"I took my daughter in after she busted her forehead open. Hospital triage said she didn't need stitches, so sent us upstairs to get her open wound glued. It could easily be pushed together. The P.A. comes in with another nurse(?) and starts to push together with some super shaky hands. The nurse tries to assist. They didn't even push it together and instead had glue all over her for head and in her wound. Mind you, she was super still while they "fixed" it. Now my daughter will have a giant scar because they did a horrible job."

"I went here yesterday due to that I had the mom instinct that my 1 year old had more than a cough. As soon as I walked in I was greeted . It took 5 minutes to get her vitals and then shortly after we were put in a room they gave her medicine and I was shocked to know my LO had a fever that my thermometer at home did not read. They were super helpful. My baby has a ear infection and they were quick to find me resources to help us. I am so thankful for this URGENT CARE! Thank you to the staff and sarah that was super helpful! ❤️"

"Worst experience! The ED staff were not compassionate at all. We came in just to determine weather my two year old had a nasty sprain or a break and they told me to just go up to urgent care cause it would be “faster”. We sat up there for over 5 hours with them only checking his vitals once and then nothing. We ended up just leaving without being seen only to be given attitude by the receptionist ladies because we didn’t want to wait with a screaming exhausted toddler in a tiny gross room. Will NEVER go back here for any type of emergency."

"An hour before the urgent care clinic was closed they told us they’re not accepting any more patients while almost all of them were scrolling on their phones. We called ahead 30 minutes prior and they said we could be seen only to arrive 30 minutes later to be told they stopped accepting patience 3-4 hours ago. This is a sick child and shame on the people who see a sick child and don’t work until close. This is not the Texas Children’s quality of care I grew up with."
